How often do you feel thankful for the good things in your life? There are new studies that suggest making a habit of noticing what’s going well in your life could have health benefits. We also know that by just taking the time to feel and express gratitude that it may improve your emotional well-being by helping you cope with stress. In this interactive and informative program attendees will self-examine their practice of gratitude and will learn more of the benefits of creating a practice of gratitude in their daily lives.

Andrew Sanderbeck ~ Biography

Andrew has been developing and conducting training seminars for libraries and library organizations for more than ten years. He has presented Web-based, On-line, and Face-to-Face sessions on Management and Leadership, Customer Service and Communication Skills in the U.S. and numerous countries around the world. He is the founder of the PCI Webinars.
