Please join this webinar to learn more about Universal Class – continuing education services offered by the Library of Virginia.

Recorded Books will introduce Universal Class’ continuing education services. There are several sessions in the training series and you may select the session that best works with your schedules.

One of the sessions will be recorded and shared with all libraries for ongoing staff development and on-demand viewing.

Universal Class brings libraries lifelong learning courses in over 30 subject areas, many of which offer continuing education units (CEUs). More than 500 courses are available, and all are designed and led by professional instructors to build deeper understanding and mastery of subject matter. Universal Class includes videos, assignments, quizzes, tests, and options for social media interaction with other learners. Patrons may take multiple classes and learn at their own pace.

The webinar will cover:
Universal Class access and patron experience
Universal Class marketing tips
Universal Class administrative reporting site

We look forward to your library’s offering Universal Class and your participation in this staff training webinar.
