Wish you could get more exercise? Want to get rid of that stubborn belly fat? Or just want to take a walk with your dogs? This webinar is for you. The webinar will cover information from kindergarten to academic research level on the topics of exercise and physical training. It will address the needs of senior citizens and those who speak other languages. The U.S. Government offers a surprising amount of information from agencies such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the National Institute on Aging (NIA). Information from databases such as PubMed and MetaLib will also be presented.
